After O2’s initial carpet cleaning, our new home (with carpet that is over 15 years old) had carpet that was obviously cleaner and smelled so much better! They spent so much time and attention to detail, pulling out stains and refreshing our entire home. Joe was so accommodating and so kind! And they came back! For no extra cost, they once again cleaned our entire carpet to ensure complete success. We were very pleased with the entire service they gave to us.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Also very honest and only does what's needed. He won't clean anything that can't be cleaned. Carpets looked fantastic afterwards and I appreciate working with someone who is honest and reliable. Thank you!
Joe was grt. He came in told me exactly what he was gonna do. N he did it. Our carpet looks amazing. His system is so much better than just soaking a rug. It brushes it clean. He uses pet safe cleaners n eco friendly. We were able to walk on it in two hrs n he also said if there were any spots he would come back. Our carpet is a white carpet n it looks grt. We really couldn’t b any happier. I highly recommend O2 carpet care & floor cleaner
