I inadvertently created an order with this shop to send flowers to my daughter for her birthday. My daughter lives in a different state.. They called the correct florist and sent the order over so it would be delivered to her. They definitely went above and beyond. Very much appreciated!

Thank you Flowers by Vance... beautiful arrangement delivered to my mom for her birthday last week and they still look fantastic. Called directly and gave Tony free creative license... Flowers were delivered as requested and my mom was surprised and LOVED the huge bouquet. Well done! :-)

Extremely helpful and kind. I spoke with Tony. I expressed my wishes for flowers for my sister. I asked them to design it on their own, I just had a few guidelines. It was stunning. I have worked in the Florist industry and have big expectations. They went above and beyond. Jill Denmon
