I’ve been a customer with RJR now for about 6 years very easy Very professional very respectful they replaced my old unit and serviced my new one overall best heating and air company
The guy that came to my home this past Sunday is very patient. I recommend this business 10 times out of 10 . Great group of guys ! Now the lady that answers the phone for them not so much.
I can't express how much these people mean to me. They are always there to help when I need them even to answer questions. Good Christian people who really care about their customers. Also, my old system would run all night (really) in the winter when it would get down to 32° and under. My new system actually cuts off and on like it's supposed to. My electric bill is the best it's ever been. I also call them for routine maintenance and have been with them for several years now and will never change to anyone else.
