I took my daughter’s car to RJ's auto shop for repairs, and from the moment I inquired about a diagnostic check, the experience was outstanding. The communication throughout the entire process with Randy and Jenn—was impeccable.
I honestly haven’t seen this level of professionalism in a long time; I almost thought it no longer existed. Jenn clearly explained everything that was going on, what was most important to address, and never made me feel pressured or confused.

I'm traveling with a loaded pickup and trailer in tow and had a breakdown last evening, but if I lived in the area, THIS would be my shop. Randy and Jennifer (the RJ in RJ Automotive, a family-owned and -run business) have developed a great service business and I benefited greatly from their efforts.
After some research and parking lot diagnosing myself last night, I realized the issue that had developed with my older pickup will require additional work when I get to my destination, and I had a plan for what I would like done to get me back on the road so I could deliver before rain approaches.
