I had an outstanding experience at R&J Automotive on Chapel Hill Road in Burlington, NC! Randy, Jenn, and their service technicians were incredibly kind, highly skilled, and impressively efficient. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler with a coolant leak, and they walked me through the issue step by step, clearly explained the solutions, and fixed it the same day.
The best part? Their warm kindness and genuine care throughout the process. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical excellence with such personal service. They’ve permanently earned my trust and my family’s business for all automotive repair and maintenance needs.
A job well done! Thank you, R&J Automotive!

We would definitely make the 45min drive to use him again.
I took my daughter’s car to RJ's auto shop for repairs, and from the moment I inquired about a diagnostic check, the experience was outstanding. The communication throughout the entire process with Randy and Jenn—was impeccable.
I honestly haven’t seen this level of professionalism in a long time; I almost thought it no longer existed. Jenn clearly explained everything that was going on, what was most important to address, and never made me feel pressured or confused.
