I have had Randy work on several of my personal vehicles. He has always been very informative and transparent about what he has to do and treats your vehicle repairs as if it were his own vehicle or his family driving them. Recently took a family member's handicap van to him for evaluation and repair, about a week before Christmas. Randy got on it super fast and was able to get it repaired right before Christmas, so that my family member would be able to get out for family gatherings. He called and gave me a detailed explanation for the repairs needed, before completion, with an estimated cost. No surprises when I went to pick the vehicle up. The employees treat you like family and don’t try to rip you off like most places. There is little to no wait time and their work is completed in a timely manner. Also, they don’t charge an arm and a leg like most places which is nice since everything else seems so expensive.Give RJ Automotive a try and you will not be disappointed!
