This company was worth their weight in gold when my hard drive crashed. Last week, I had one of those sketchy pop ups come up on my screen instructing me to contact Microsoft immediately bc I had been infected with malware. Highly recommend these guys; taken two family computers to them now- both times they were, faster, more reliable, and WAY more cost effective than Best Buy or a similar big box store.
