Christina the lady who did my treatment is GREAT!! She listens, takes her time, little things like giving breaks, guarding the air blowing on my face during treatment. She made the whole experience much easier and tolerable. I recommend Burlington location because they have great staff like her.
I typically don’t leave reviews but after today it was a must! Shout out to Christina & Jiah !! I was soo nervous walking in today because my cycle had started this morning & I was unsure if I could be serviced. I expressed my concerns to them & they immediately made me feel 10x better. I was still able to get serviced & Christina got all in the nooks n crannies lol. This was truly the best service I’ve had since I’ve started treatment. Jiah was super sweet & got me scheduled on a day and time that worked best for my schedule. 10/10
The staff at Milan Laser Hair Removal are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Jiah, Rebecca, and every staff member I’ve met have made me feel comfortable and valued from the moment I walk in. Their customer service is exceptional, and they consistently provide a positive experience. I highly recommend the Burlington location to anyone considering laser hair removal!
