Hailey is extremely thorough with her patient care. I decided to go to physical therapy as a last resort before shoulder surgery that was already scheduled. I came to Hailey at EmergeOrtho and presented RT shoulder pain during workouts and during tennis. I shared my MRI dictation and she put together the therapy exercises and stretches I needed to strengthen my shoulder. With the exercises, my shoulder has improved so much (I cancelled my surgery appointment). Today, I am able to workout/play tennis again and I am grateful to Hailey for her expertise and care.
