Great experience! Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Ritter is very professional, yet very personable! I really am impressed with the digital imaging they use. The Burlington location is very accessible and easy to find. You would have a extremely difficult time finding a better group of people to take care of your eye exams/issues! I will definitely go for an exam sooner than I used to do.

Dr. Ritter is fantastic!! My previous optometrist left me feeling very unhappy and with uncomfortable contacts. Dr. Ritter took the time to try out different lenses and really listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions with patience and thorough responses. The supportive staff were friendly and a pleasure to intact with.

Vance was the most professional, personable and nicest person I have ever encountered at a business serving the public. He was engaging with his conversation, made eye contact, smiled genuinely and loved how he said "no worries". It was so refreshing to meet this man as so many people these days treat you like a number. Thank you Vance! Dr. Ritter was very nice, professional and worked hard to get me in the right prescription. I Ferrell like I have finally found my Optometrist and office after relic dating from Chicago. Thank you.
