Cone Health Urgent Care at Burlington

This is the best. Walked right in seen within minutes of checking in. Tiffany is so sweet and caring. The nurse was great as well, can’t remember her name though. Saw Adrienne today very thorough and listened to all my symptoms and gave me several instructions to help today. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Update: The receptionist, nurse and NP on duty on 11/7/24 literally saved my child's life as he had a severe allergic reaction to the medicine he was prescribed for an illness. Their quick and calm response was so impressive. Within seconds, they were taking his vitals, administering Epi and calling an ambulance. I can't thank them enough! ??

We've come here several times for different things and I've been pleased every time! We've been here for everything from a severe rash to a double ear infection. Absolutely amazing experience. Patient access advocate (Lacheryl), Tiffany (lab tech), and Jennifer (RN) were friendly, supportive, kind and made me so comfortable. Lacheryl sanitized the lobby squeaky clean, never wasting a moment of time while making me feel comfortable in my misery :( The RN and NP were phenomenal. Never cut me off, listened to every symptom and stressor I experienced. Wholeheartedly feel that this is the best care I have ever received at an urgent care. Every base was covered and I know I will feel better soon due to Adrienne’s (NP) superb care/knowledge. Best experience I could’ve imagined.
