Sara and student, Ellie, provided exercises and strength training to repair and heal severe neck pain and stiffness that I had off and on over several months. I had one episode during the third week of PT and that was quickly resolved with the exercises learned in PT.
Daniel Fleming and Keiren were my physical therapists. Both were excellent and helped resolve lower back issues over several weeks. I am now physically active again and can enjoy pickleball and other activities.
I just completed my very first series of physical therapy appointments. It was a much better and more helpful experience than I could have ever expected. Daniel Fleming was my therapist and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He went the extra mile to help me get back on track making adjustments at each visit to my home exercise program so that it was both doable and effective. Thank you Daniel!
