What a great experience, but more importantly, the kindness from Juliette the operator who took my call and set the appointment, to the whole process she had insurance called and already set before we even arrived. My Son who is been in the state Carolina for a week on his own. He was in major pain and discomfort, they were not able to remove his tooth based on his situation, but they treated him like he was a family member. Aisha was so helpful to find my son another appointment to get his tooth removed even helping him with getting food at local shake place to a prescription filled at the CVS up the street. Then to the Doctor Gaitens walking him through the process and explaining the best options to helping him with his issue. Making calls to other oral surgeons trying to help him. NOT sure how many people can be happy without really taking care of his problem, but this group was outstanding. Sometimes in life it's about the people who are just kind and helpful when someone is in need, this group went way above and beyond. I'd give this group 20 stars, if possible....
Went in to establish care with the intentions of getting my teeth cleaned. They were running behind. I told them it was fine, I had another appointment later but I had time. They got me in, do lots of X-rays, I’ve never had so many and I really hope that amount of X-rays doesn’t run my bill up to much. I saw the dentist and hygenist who told me many things I never have been told about my teeth. Questions answered, but my cleaning was never done… and I don’t think it was because of the lack of time. So now I have to call this week to give them my insurance info anyways but also schedule a cleaning. Which is not a big deal, but I definitely intended to have my teeth...read full review
I started with this office just over a year ago for cleanings. In the course of the year, I've had other issues that were addressed quickly by the team. This past week, I had a bigger issue with a tooth and when I called. Mary got me setup for an evaluation, and reviewed all my options. She then scheduled my procedure that same day, and Dr. Sayed corrected my issue just as she explained it would go. Thanks Aspen Dental - Burlington, NC for being available and helpful exactly when I needed you.
