Desmond did a fantastic job on my 3 big 8x10 area rugs. I have dogs and I tried to get the odors out with no success but Desmond did. The carpets smell nice and clean and the darker colors look restored. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I would highly recommend him to get your carpets clean and odor free!
We had just gotten the keys to a new apartment and were disappointed to find the carpets had not been cleaned. My daughter called this company and they could not have been more responsive — Desmond came over that very same evening. He was kind, professional, and an incredibly hard worker. He took so much care with the carpets, two couches and did a truly fantastic job, transforming the space and making us feel so much better about moving in.
