Pete and his team replace my electrical panel and the pole outside and the electrical box today. They were all friendly, professional and extremely dog friendly which is important to me. I would definitely recommend them.

A storm had left us with down power lines and damage to the cabin resulting in a power outage. I called Shelly Poppens on a Saturday evening for help and by Wednesday her team had the electrical repaired and inspected. I couldn’t be more pleased with the updates and pleasant service I received in such short order. They are fabulous to work with, are fair on pricing and exceed your expectations. After many years with housewide electrical glitches, both brown and black outs, we went on a journey to fix our electrical system. We reached out and the very next day, before coming to see what they might need to do, Poppins connected us with a contact at Duke to see what could be addressed on their side. After a new condenser and pole installed by Duke, we still had the problem and Poppins was quick to respond again and we had a visit and estimate the next day!! Today, they plugged away and got a new electrical box installed to replace the existing wet, rusted disaster. Everyone on the team was so very nice and professional!!
