Greg came out today on a service call for my gas log that Mr Smokestack installed a few years ago. He was on time and called in advance to provide an ETA. Greg was courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly and took care of the problem. He was respectful of my home, wore booties so as not to track up the floor, and left the work area clean and neat when the work was completed. We discussed setting up an annual maintenance agreement and i will follow up on that as it appears to be a good option to ensure peace of mind just as you have your HVAC systems regularly checked out.
