“We had our first ever experience with Chasin Tails today and we are more than pleased!! I was so nervous dropping my baby off, but the staff at Chasin Tails was amazing from scheduling all the way to pickup!! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the wonderful lady who actually did the grooming, but she is amazing and truly has a gift when it comes to fur babies!! I called Monday and they were able to get me in on Tuesday, which was such a blessing!! Lance was super helpful with scheduling and checking in and out. They were very informative and didn’t seem bothered by my millions of questions. I’m so thankful I stumbled across this place!! The environment is awesome. We will be forever customers. “I have boarded my dog here several times and always get great care. Super clean facility and friendly staff. My dog had a UTI while I was out of town and the manager took her to the vet for me ( on a Friday evening no less before the vet closed) and made sure she got the care she needed.“
