I had my poodle groomed love the job the girl done. Was the first time she got professional done. The groomer took her time with her and did a great job. Even my husband was very please when I got her home. Will be returning. Plus waiting for her to get done got to see how staff interact with the animals was very pleased with what I saw.

I had an issue that was handled immediately and professionally! LOVE the daycare and my Cooper loves it! Staff are kind and seem to really love the doggies! Shout out to Christian for his dedication! My Cooper after a day of playing with his friends!

This “resort” is perfect for my puppy. I am always greeted by friendly smiling faces. I watch the webcams and see the techs are definitely taking an interest in all the playful dogs. I couldn’t be happier that I found a place that is a happy and safe place for my pup. I highly recommend the New Bern location!
