We had our first ever experience with Chasin Tails today and we are more than pleased!! I was so nervous dropping my baby off, but the staff at Chasin Tails was amazing from scheduling all the way to pickup!! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the wonderful lady who actually did the grooming, but she is amazing and truly has a gift when it comes to fur babies!! I called Monday and they were able to get me in on Tuesday, which was such a blessing!! Lance was super helpful with scheduling and checking in and out. Wonderful place! Everyone is so nice and love their clients. I have been going there for years, first with my German Shepherd. As she aged, they would even help getting her in and out of the car. I now have a Cocker Spaniel and he loves it there. He runs to them and I almost have to drag him to leave. They always listen to any questions or concerns I have and discusses different options. Will definitely keep going and bringing any future pets here.
