I would recommend Water Oak Dental to anyone, especially someone like me who has never been comfortable in a dentist chair. Dr. Root has a way of making you feel comfortable and every single dental assistant and staff member has been kind, friendly and extremely efficient.
Had an unpleasant experience at 2 dentist offices I went to this week BUT
When I called water oak dental, they were very nice and able to get me in next day and follow through with pulling the tooth I had pain with. As soon as John seen my tooth he was confident in his job and got to work. This being my first tooth pulled it was absolutely pain free and day 2 I still have no pain. Thank you so much John and team.
I cannot recommend them enough. When I was scared about a chipped tooth, they were so reassuring and thorough with their response. They were able to get me in quickly and still gave amazing patient care + proper follow up plans. They will be my go-to dentist from now on!
