We recently moved to Boone and our 10 year old lab was not doing well. He had two previous cancer surgeries in the past two years so we feared it had returned. On our first visit Dr. Fair and her staff were amazing. So caring and attentive. The news was not good. The cancer had in fact returned and he didn’t have long. When it was time to lay him to rest they were so incredibly caring. They followed up with a call a few days later just checking in with us to see how we were doing and then yesterday we received a card from them signed by the staff. I highly recommend Dr. Fair.

Absolutely love Watauga Vet! They have the cleanest office and tech space by far. With even more updates to the clinic on the way. Dr.Fair is wonderful and got down in the floor to do an exam on my pit. Other offices have made her be put on exam tables which only scared her. The vet techs are so compassionate and friendly and the receptionist are super sweet and caring about any problem you may be having with your pet. There is nothing nasty or smelly about this office and the staff and vet are incredible!

If you want your pet to be well taken care of, this is definitely the place!Dr Fair is absolutely the best!!When she is with you, it’s like you are the only patients in the building! She is very thorough and answers all questions that you may have.She is a great surgeon too!She repaired our Isabella’s torn ACL with great results!!I don’t want to forget to brag on the staff. They are absolutely AWESOME!They have all become family to us!!We love all of them, and you will too!
