Vanessa is very welcoming, kind and professional, with an abundance of knowledge about how the body heals and how the muscles should be properly manipulated for best effects.
Her studio is small, yet so cozy, calm and inviting. It’s located in the shopping center on Boone Heights Drive- you have to enter through the Stick Boy entrance and continue straight down the hallway to her suite. She explains everything she does and is happy to answer any questions you might have. Happy Massaging!
I cannot recommend Vitality Massage (Vanessa) enough. She truly cares about providing relief and has many modalities for helping. I always come away feeling less discomfort and more mobility.
Amazing Hot Stone Massage with Tibetan Singing Bowls!!
Vanessa learned how to use the singing bowls and added them to the massage experience. I’ve used her before (and she’s great), but this just brings things to a whole new level! I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Would 10/10 recommend the services available at Vitality Massage and Bodywork. Already looking forward to my next visit!
