The first visit was a 4 out of 10. He listened but seemed confused how to recommend a treatment plan. I ordered orthotics and on the 2nd visit, Paul was very short and extremely vague with a treatment plan and left the room. His assistant was more helpful than the he was. Since there's nothing lower than a zero, I'd say the second and last visit was a 0 out of 10.

I called the Boone Podiatry office to be seen for multiple foot issues, but most importantly an infected big toe that had become worrisome. No one asked why I was booking my appointment or if there was any urgency which I thought odd, being a new patient. My appointment was set for a week later. I confirmed the appointment over the weekend via a text reminder from the office. It was for Monday at 2:30 pm. I received a phone call from the office Monday morning at 8:49 a.m. asking if I could be there earlier, as the Dr. was suddenly now going out of town. I was given a choice of 10:30 or 10:45. Dr. Z is incredibly helpful. Hes very nice and makes you feel comfortable and does what he can to make you feel better. The staff is equally incredible!
