If you live in Boone, don’t take this gem of a yoga studio for granted. If you’re visiting Boone, do yourself a favor and take a class here. There’s something truly sacred and special about practicing in this space. I moved away from the Boone area a few years ago, and I can’t express how much I miss this studio—the teachers, the vibe, the view while practicing. There’s just something about those mountain yoga studios, y’all, and this is one of the best of the best.

I took the community lunch time yoga class. I had so much fun. As a traveling yogi myself I love taking classes at different studios and seeing how other teachers teach. This class has stillness and action balled into one. The teacher challenged us and brought playfulness into the flow. I enjoyed the experience.

Thank you again Paul for incorporating Saraswati, as well as your own heartfelt truth and clear understanding of the practice of yoga. We were touched and so grateful to have shared that intimate connection with you.
