We knew it was going to be a tough sell – really big house, tough market, and we don’t live in North Carolina. My mom passed away in June 2023 and we knew we’d be selling her Blowing Rock house. I knew of Leslie’s reputation and success rate, so I had contacted her before this to ask her if she’d consider selling this house when the time came. Happily she said yes!
