I HIGHLY recommend Joel Farthing with Boone Real Estate. I am a mortgage lender who was working with the buyers of a house that Joel had listed for sale. Throughout the transaction there were a few issues dealing with the property itself (private road, minor repairs, etc.). The buyer's agent had only been in the business for about a year and did not have as much experience as Joel (although she did her job well). When it came to needing local connections (contractors, tradesmen, etc.) Joel stepped in and helped the other agent by sharing his knowledge and expertise about the local contacts and who the other agent should call to get items taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price. Without Joel's local knowledge and having him step in and solve a couple last minute issues, I don't think that the transaction would have closed on time (if not at all). I have been in this business for 13 years and it is rare to find an agent of this caliber and professionalism.
