When a facility faced an urgent repair emergency, Jeff's team responded immediately and completed the extensive work in a reasonable time and at a fair price. The staff, particularly Josh, demonstrated excellent communication, consideration for the disruption caused, and ensured the workspace was left clean. Customers have consistently praised the company's fast, reliable, and high-quality work, with recent reviews highlighting the prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service provided by Evan, Nick, Adam, and Caitlyn. Despite some past negative feedback, the company is striving to improve and has regained its reputation as a 5-star service provider, earning the continued trust and satisfaction of its long-term clients.
Caution. I've used several plumbing companies around Boone since I have multiple rental properties. I was charged $699 to clean a clogged drain. This is more than double what I'm typically charged. They actually did a good job but charged me for 2 hours of work (job took less than 1.5 hours). Also, it was odd that the charge did not show up on my credit card for 29 days. If you use this company, get a cost estimate up front (per hour), keep track of the time and get a full invoice before paying.
Our facility had a dire emergency threatening our day-to-day operations. Jeff and his team responded immediately to address what ended up being quite an extensive repair. We would like to call out, Josh in particular for his high level of communication, consideration of disruption to our offices due to noise and for making sure the office was left cleaner than when he started. He made the process as pleasant as possible. Jeff’s Plumbing completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. We have utilized Jeff and his team for decades and will continue to do so! Thank you for the outstanding service.
Hi, I was skeptical of the negative reviews; however, Jeff's Plumbing & Repair is striving to "do better" and they truly are achieving that goal. We have had them to our property several times (4 or 5) in the past so many months (NOT for the same issue - this is an older home that is new to us). They have been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. EVAN and Nick are great workers and Adam answered a complex question involving sottering of copper pipes, which was taken care of on-site. Caitlyn is very professional answering the phones and answers messages quickly. The company has been excellent with emergency situations. The staff is working together to correct past negativity (there may have been a shift in management last year or something like that) and all staff members are showing excellence in being a 5 Star company again. We enjoy working with Evan, Nick, Adam Caitlyn and the entire staff. Thanks!
