I love this gym! I was so apprehensive to lift weights when I first joined, but the coaches and community are welcoming and take the intimidation out of it. The coaches are all knowledgeable and encouraging-I can't recommend them enough.
I love this gym so much! I came in with little weightlifting experience and the coaches are so great. Everyone is so nice and supportive and classes are small enough that you get a lot of individual help from coaches. I’d recommend it to people at all levels of fitness!
I love this gym! In April 2023, I decided to try these classes out with a friend for a month just to get back in the gym. We got hooked, and I’ve been going consistently ever since. The coaches and the community are so inspiring, encouraging, and awesome. As a beginner, I felt welcome from the moment I started. And six months later, I’m so much stronger and more confident than when I began. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!
