We have had Edmisten service our furnace for many years. Today, Mark and their staff installed a new furnace. They were here promptly, worked as quietly as possible, and cleaned up thoroughly. Mark went over the new wifi thermostat so we understand it. A fine job...as usual.
From start to finish nothing but great. We had a couple other companies come and look at the job and Edmisten was the one that gave suggestions and more options of what could be done. Took the time to measure get the lay out of the house and gave options. The install went smooth and as scheduled. If we had not seen the progress each day we would not have known Edmisten had been there. Can’t say enough about how clean they kept the job and respect to our property. I had a heat pump installed this week into our home in Blowing Rock. It’s an older home that never had but a window AC and furnace. We called Edmisten and got set up with an estimate and Josh and Kyle couldn’t have been more helpful. They weren’t pushy and listened to what we were wanting and made a couple proposals. The installation took place this week. Our installer was Mark. He was great! He had come out several years ago to work on the furnace for my father in law who owned the house before.
