These guys were lifesavers. I have a big Monitor kerosene heater, permanent install with an outside tank. This model is no longer made, and there's nobody where I live that knows anything about them. Not only do they carry spare parts, but I was able to talk to a friendly technician who was very familiar with the model, who gave me some invaluable tips. And they shipped very quickly. Thanks to them, my heater is running again. The prices on the parts seem pretty high, but I don't know anywhere else to get them -- and they definitely went the extra mile in terms of service.
