Dale at DJ's Heating is top notch! As soon as I contacted him he responded quickly. He tried to help me as much as possible over the phone but ended up needing to make a house call the following morning. His response time and availability was quick. The day prior I had an awful experience with a local "big" company and did not feel right with what they were recommending. Sure enough Dale's diagnosis was a simple fix that did NOT require any new parts. I feel the "bigger" company just wanted my money. I feel Dale just wanted the problem to be fixed and wasn't concerned about making money. I highly reccomend using Dale at DJ's Heating for any of your heating needs.

Furnace was not working and called DJ's Heating Services on a Saturday morning. Dale personally answered the phone and attempted to troubleshoot and resolve our problem on the phone first, which was very much appreciated. He then was willing to come out later that day to diagnose and try to fix the issue so we had heat. Very responsive and open communication throughout the day. A part needed to be ordered which arrived and was installed quickly - he even learned to part was most likely under warranty. Very professional and highly recommend.

DJ does great work and is a good reliable professional. He has done full HVAC inspections for us prior to home buying, and just installed a tankless Navien water heater for us. He really knows his stuff and charges less than the big shops in town. I am grateful to have DJ's number saved in my phone! Highly recommend.Service: HVAC system maintenance
