Loved the experience and the helpfulness of the staff. Signed up for the Mountain Retreat - we ended up switching to other options for yoga. The instructor literally taught the same flow over and over again - with no options given for shoulder. The other yoga offerings were far better. Next time - I may just go without a retreat option and take the classes offered on campus. Food was amazing and thoughtful. No A/C - so if you're heat sensitive - avoid summer months.

This was my second time to the Art of Living Retreat Center. It is beautiful and a wonderful place to get away from the stress of life.

I visited the Art of Living retreat center in Boone this past weekend with my 3 friends and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed delicious meals, a sound bath, an amazing massage, axe throwing and archery. The grounds are so magnificent and Benji led an exceptional sound bath and yoga class. It was extremely affordable and we would highy recommend.

Beautiful, relaxing and transformative. Went to AOL with an open mind and as a support person for my partner during panchakarma. Left with a new found acceptance for myself and a clarity for living with open heart.

What a beautiful day at the Art of Living Retreat Center for the International Day of Yoga! The program was perfectly paced, the teachers and presenters were fantastic, the surroundings were peaceful and gorgeous, and the food was wholesome and delicious. Everything was thoughtfully put together. This is a gem of a place and the team here does it right. Can't recommend it enough!

The venue is one of the finest in the country. I marveled at the friendliest staff, the execution of events, meals and transportation on this exquisite facility. The property is beyond grand, it’s breathtaking. Views are spectacular and stunning.
The author, Cheryl Strayed was the best speaker-teacher EVER and as a teacher myself I so understand the complexity involved in creating such a successful seminar.
Thank you for a truly splendid weekend.

I was there with 3 other people and we had a one bedroom/loft apartment. It needed some serious work. The carpet was very dirty on the bottom floor and smelled like urine in the space between the bathroom and kitchen. The upstairs loft area had worn spots that went all the way through to the floor. It looked shabby for the price we had to pay for the accommodations. New sheets for the beds would be appreciated. They were threadbare.
