We contacted Appalachian Pumping for help with our septic system, and every person we dealt, starting with Wendy , then James and Kris and then Kraig, provided professional feedback and support. We had not had our system serviced nor pumped since moving here and all of them were knowledgeable in their field, and explained procedures and needs in easy-to-understand terminology for us. The guys were efficient, polite, and even super amicable to our overly-friendly dog who was side-by-side with them while they were digging to locate the tank. Ryan and James came to the house for a septic inspection that I requested for house that I am looking to purchase. I could not be happier with Appalachian Pumping! OMG!! The employees are fantastic. My septic tank was stopped up with overflow into my house. The crew responded quickly and cleared the blockage and drained the tank. So professional and considerate. They explained the problem and solution earnestly and honestly. No hesitation to call on them again. They even have a call back system to remind me in the future when the tank will need to be serviced.
