One of the nicest human beings I know. Mr Charles is awesome He will come out to your home the same day you call and he is so reasonable with his prices. Very experienced and honest. He has repaired our units three different times at two different homes we have and each time he was so kind and very punctual. Mr. Smith tended to our broken air conditioning unit on the very same day that we called. He is so knowledgeable and skilled that he repaired the problem in less time than we thought possible. We have not had anymore trouble with our air conditioner in the approximately two months since he fixed it. If we ever have another problem with the heating and/or air conditioning, Mr. Smith will receive a call from us! Also, his charges were extremely reasonable.
