“We recently had Ava Gardens Masonry reconfigure our back yard patio to enlarge it and transition from flagstone to pervious pavers. After meeting with many masonry companies, we met Mike. From the beginning we felt we were in good hands; he understood our vision, offered advice, took us to a half dozen previous clients in our community, and assisted us with the prep for the ARC process. Mike and his team were quick (completed in 3 days), efficient (hardworking crew), courteous, and fully cleaned up afterward (Mike even personally swept it and used the blower for the concrete dust at our home and the neighbors). We are on the golf course and have had numerous compliments, one even commented: I know patios – this job is excellent! We highly recommend contacting Mike.
As part of the transformation, we had Ava Gardens Landscape install Zoysa premium sod in our back yard and new mulch in our landscaping. Joe and his team were courteous, fully cleaned up afterward, and ensured the irrigation watered all areas. We cannot fully assess the sod and mulch because the process is continuing. We are waiting for the sod to root, be cut, and rolled, as well as an additional layer of mulch to be applied. Joe and his team are cutting our grass to ensure the sod grows healthy and vibrant.
