Regional Services

Regional Services provides air conditioning and heating service. A technician was a pleasure to remedy an issue with an air conditioning unit. He was clear on what should be addressed and made sure all was working proficiently. The service is amazing, with respectful and honest staff. They have saved customers twice. On one occasion, the temperature inside a home was 94 degrees. Technicians were there by 8:30 AM to diagnose the issue. They quickly found the problem and traveled to Wilmington to get the part. They went above and beyond by setting a window unit in place for a customer who had recently had shoulder surgery. They returned with the part and quickly had the home beginning to cool again. Their quick reaction and expert repair work helped save the weekend. They communicated each step to the customer. They have been used for all needs for almost 10 years and always go above and beyond. Another customer was very happy with the service for a heating system during really cold weather. They were very prompt and quickly found and fixed the issue. The service fee is reasonable, and the tech was prompt on answering texts. Office staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
