Everyone was so nice and personnel. Anytime I contacted Mark if he did not answer, left a message. He got right back to me within a reasonable amount of time. He answered all of my questions and did everything I ask on the roof. BCI took down a chimney for me and installed Black Onyx Shingles. If you need a roof I would definitely recommend Mark Bailey and BCI Roofing.“
