“Edit: Roof was repaired and working well. I explained to them the importance of communication. I'm a reasonable person and had they told me they were going out of town, I could understand that, given it happed a week before Christmas. Never tell someone you will be there and then not show up, answer calls and texts for weeks. I am happy with the repair and have increased their rating.*My 5-month old metal roof is leaking. They made an appointment a few weeks ago, never showed up and will not return emails, phone calls or text messages. I cannot stress this enough: Do not use them for anything. Their word as well as their warranty is no good.“
