The Yoga Bridge is an excellent space to experience class and meditation. I took the teacher training and within a couple weeks of graduating, I taught my own class with confidence and flow. Marcel has a clear and comprehensive teaching style that will give you a solid teacher training experience! Five stars!

The Yoga Teacher Training program at The Yoga Bridge has changed my life! I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, informative, professional, and responsible approach to the world of Yoga than what I got from Ishanath.
