Wonderful massage therapy session with Mary S. who was very engaged to understand my trouble spots and then explain her specific approach and methods. I had a 75-minute session and that allowed great focus on my two biggest areas of treatment. I am extremely pleased with the session and having Mary as my therapist to work on those specific areas, great experience and provider, highly recommend. I feel much better! 10/10 excellent massage.
Katie is the best massage therapist in the area! Very skillful on deep tissue, knows the trigger points, and reduces my chronic pain level after a session. The owner, Martha, offered me the opportunity to get in on a routine basis with Katie. Very welcoming business.
