They always go above and beyond for their customers. super friendly and very reasonable. When they take a last minute call @ 9:30pm on the way home for the night in terrible weather to come out for emergency ac problems and not complain and still have a great attitude it does not go unnoticed! Highly recommended for all your HVAC needs.

Michael from Carolina Air Innovations is a true professional! He replaced all of our duct work after Florence flooded our crawl space. He was on site to provide an estimate within days (while some roads and neighborhoods were still inaccessible), ordered the parts that same day, and his team completed the repairs ahead of schedule. This is a feat, considering the entire eastern side of the state had been hit by the hurricane and needed work! Throughout the whole process, he kept in regular communication, worked to accommodate our needs, and delivered exactly what he promised.
