Schumacher did something for me that no other home builder I have worked with—or even heard of—has done.
We purchased a Schumacher home that was built in 2021 as the second owners. The home had experienced some settlement cracks in the drywall. The drywall was separating between a beam and the ceiling due to normal expansion and contraction caused by a dry winter. These were non-structural, cosmetic issues.
Despite our being the second owners and technically outside the warranty period, Luther brought an A+ crew over to repair everything at no cost.
Luther explained all the details of the home and even provided us with the original build order so we could match parts and paint in the future.
Schumacher is the real deal—they stand behind their work. Luther is kind, knowledgeable, and passionate, and the build quality is excellent.
