My wife and I recently had Main Street Heating and Cooling move our outside unit from the back of the house to the side of the house. The two technicians, Dexter and Cory, were fabulous! We were very impressed with their professionalism and the way in which they made everything looks so neat. We couldn't have been more satisfied. They even went the extra mile to answer any and all of our questions (and there were many!). And we LOVE the shirts!! We will definitely use them for all our future HVAC needs. If you need HVAC work done, these are the guys (and gals) to go to!
Five star Customer service with a commitment to getting problems solved. Also very timely which is good when your thermostat goes out during the night and house is freezing😳 Garrett, the technician that came out to our home was fantastic. He was courteous, respectful and very thorough. I can’t imagine having a bad experience with this company but if you do I say tell them because I also cannot imagine a scenario where they would not make it right. I wish all service companies were as easy to work with and as devoted to customer satisfaction and resolution.
