I got advice from them on my home warranty since I was going through that, and they were very helpful. Professional, friendly, and quick responses. These guys!! Contact this company at 919-934-2306. I have used this company since they purchased my former technicians' business. This team goes above and beyond the call of duty. They have come to my rescue for the past 6 years multiple times and they never complain! All Star attempted to "save" my old unit for 4 years by replacing parts until the 18 year old unit finally went out. I have purchased two units from them in the past 2 years and they offer an amazing warranty with their products.
