I shared in a previous review how they fixed my shoulder pain. Now, let me share my feet issues. I've been getting the laser treatments on my sprained ankle on one foot and metatarsal pain on the other foot. After the first treatment, I was able to incorporate light strengthening exercises for my ankle! I couldn't believe it. I thought it would be at least a week before I could do anything besides RICE. I feel relief in my other foot. I still have the pain, but it is less. I believe the laser treatments will keep me from needing surgery. Being 55 it seems surgery is suggested for every injury. I had a great success with the shockwave therapy. I had injured my shoulder due to a fall. After many months it was not healing and I had limited movement and severe shoulder pain. I decided to check out Crossroads Wellness and give shockwave therapy a try. I would have never believed that it would work if I had not tried it myself. I had 8 weeks of sessions and immediately felt some relief. After eight weeks I had more range of motion and much less pain.
