Worst behavioral health staff. Cold, uncaring physicians that dont like their Job. Avoid Lynch and Batchler like the plague, they will drop you and fabricate things to put in your record if you let a curse word out in session. The unprofessionalism is strong in this place. Turnover is astounding. Empathy is nonexistent. If you didnt have mental problems before you came here, you most definitely will when you leave. So serious!

They are a joke at this location. Worst Commwell Health experience I've had by far. They're rude, slow, don't follow directions, don't communicate well and mentally challenged if you ask me. You have to say the same thing over and over and they still don't get it right. Talking to The receptionist is like talking to a brick wall. I've been incovinced twice dealing with this location. They have cancelled my appointment when I got off of work early to be on time. The Dentist is rough when she works on you. She doesn't explain what you ask her to. Very short with you. All I wanted was to know the game plan for the work that I needed to my mouth.

My dad was visiting from another country and needed an extraction immediately. We tried an appointment first, but instead opted for less run around by going on a walk in day. His procedure went well and the staff was professional.
