Excellent Service from these gentlemen! They helped me out when I had a bad taillight bulb and it needed to be changed ASAP. They took care of me and I highly suggest this location. Keep up the great work fellas!
I was a long time jiffy lube customer but after moving to Mount Holly, valvoline was closer. I didn’t realize how much I was missing out! The staff is incredibly polite and caring. They don’t take advantage of you like some car care specialists will. And I believe most services can all be done as you sit comfortably in your car. No need to get out and sit in an awful waiting area.Also there’s a certain level of camaraderie between the employees that makes it feel like they actually enjoy working here. Was one of the fastest and thorough oil changes I’ve had. Was out in less than 15 mins! The team was super friendly and had a great rapport with one another. I could also tell that while the team was having fun, they still made safety a huge priority. I’ll be coming here from now on, not my dealership!
