I got tired of asking people, "what did you say?"....It took me two years to admit I needed hearing aids due to the "commits" my friends and family whom had bad experiences with their's. So I decided to talk to my doctor (in the past they had a Hearing Dept. in their facilities). I was given a list of three Hearing Centers. (I not only write reviews, I actually read them!) I chose Gaston Hearing Center in Belmont located on 19 W. Myrtle St. It was somewhat a shock to have an actual doctor answer the phone!!! Highly recommend. I was a walk-in appointment and needed an adjustment on my devices which were not sold by Gaston Hearing. Dr. Bocchino helped me out. He gave ample time to listen to my issues without rushing, ran a test and make adjustments which were very beneficial. The service and consultation were excellent, and the fee was very appropriate even though he did not sell my particular devices or brand. An excellent experience.
