What I appreciate most is how committed they are to figuring things out when something isn’t right. They truly take the time to get to the bottom of it. On two different occasions, they even fit us in right away when we were worried, which meant everything in the moment.

“It's usually hard to get to a human on the phone which is why it's only 4 stars. Other than that, the staff are great. Appointments are on time and easy to schedule when you need it. Their online portal has great records of your pet.“

“Thankfully we don’t have to visit often, but we always have had a great experience when we do. We had a bit of an urgent situation that they were able to get us in for. I was comfortable with Dr. Wes knowing he listened to my concerns and was able to rule some things out, while also making sure my dog was physically comfortable throughout her exam and tests. I’m not sure of the front desk associate and vet tech names that I interacted with, but they were just as pleasant. Dr. Wes even called later in the week to follow up on how she was doing. “I have never been an “ animal person “. Never. I married into it. Upon doing so, I grew fond of my wife’s 3 cats. Today, Jack, had to be put down and it hit me harder than I had anticipated. I have to say, I have never experienced such compassion, such care, such understanding as was demonstrated by the staff. Imagine, a 6’2” grown man on the verge of tears. There was never a moment in this experience where I felt judged, looked down on, or dismissed. As big as I am, the women working there, are giants compared to me.
