Charles was great. Returned my call within a reasonable amount of time, asking about our problem and offered some possible ideas as to what the cause could have been. Service was done promptly at the agreed upon schedule. Talked us through how to avoid this issue from happening again, as well as things to look for to help us if it did. Professionalism throughout the conversation, from the initial call to performing the service. He even called for an update a couple of days later to make sure that everything was working (refrigerator repair, so cooling obviously is not immediate). I highly recommend!

Charles was great. He was on time to our scheduled appointment. He was very polite and professional to my girlfriend while the repairs to our dryer were being made. He came in under the quoted price as well. Highly recommended. We will definitely be using his services in the future if the need arises. The whole process was quick and painless from start to finish. If you have appliance issues, this is the guy to speak to. Very honest and straight forward!! Thanks Charles!
