I called Dylan from Penland when it got hot enough to check my air conditioning and he came promptly and checked everything out. I also signed up for a yearly maintenance contract to check my unit twice a year for heat and air conditioning. He called me when he was finished and told me about a small repair on the duct work that needed to be fixed and that everything else was fine. Dylan is a treasure andvI feel so much better knowing that I have an excellent technician to keep my system in tip-top condition.
We called about our vacation house. The company was incredibly responsive. Dylan was very professional and honest. I look forward to keeping this company on call for any future issues with our HVAC.
